Dorma Agora Cáceres

The room was a very good size, with a large private outdoor terrace with seating, and views. Location wise it was very central to the historical part of the city, and yet very accessible to green parks. Breakfast was fine, with great service from the staff

The heat...but that had nothing to do with the hotel, and while it is summer, it has been a very hot summer. Happily our room was well air-conditioned, as were the hotel public spaces.

Perfect location for a visit to the city. The room was very nice, big and beds were super comfortable

The wifi connection was weak

Room was comfortable; good location.

The bathroom smelt of drains unfortunately, so we kept the door shut. There was no parking available for our car (which is 2.1 m height).

I booked this hotel because it has (seemingly) 4 stars. I'm not expert of stars, but the hotel has no restaurant (only to breakfast) and no bar (the bar is closed permanently), np option to coffee or hot drink in the room, so no option to coffee in the hotel. We stayed at a premium room which supposed to be large, but the pictures on booking and the hotel sites are misleading and the room is not so big and very uncomfortable.
