    Attractive hotel close to Plaza Mayor . Clean modern rooms. Staff efficient . First night air conditioning not working which made the room for too hot and stuffy, unfortunately no solution on first night but air con was activated on day 2. Bar/Cafeteria could do with friendlier staff and a contingency if raining .

    Beautiful historic property very well located in the historic center. Good value for money, but our room’s window looked at the wall of an adjacent building. Otherwise the room was comfortable and the public spaces are beautiful. The hotel’s recommended parking facility is tricky to find but reasonably priced

    at some room, they have damp problems, and cleaning is so-so. I do not thing it adjust the due standards. as cleaning service is leaving the window open, and that connects a street, you may have unsolicited visits as a cat during night. that may be funny if you travel with kids, but that is not the case when you book a single room. only positive thing i found is to have a coffee machine at room, or tea server, and the kindness of reception.
