    Nixe Palace is great, not cheap, but you are made to feel valued and special. The food and drinks are expensive but the surroundings and location are amazing. Don't book through Agoda, we booked and paid for a Privelege room but were only allocated a Classic room due to a mess up by Agoda. Unfortunately the hotel was full so we couldn't be given a different room. It took 5 hours of phone calls with Agoda, who were initially quite insulting to our situation, before Agoda offered money back on our stay. This spoilt the begining of a stay that was intended to be special as part of anniversary celebrations. Agoda and their booking agents, Preferred Hotels, acted quite fraudulently in my opinion, in taking our money and then only spending a proportion of it in booking a room for us three levels below the standard of the room we had booked with Agoda. Even now we have little confidence that it will be properly resolved. It was recommend by reception staff, who were lovely regarding our situation, for customers to call reservations directly and ask them to match any price from other booking agents. Much more dependable.
