Location was great, a short walking distance from the town (10 mn) and 5 mn from the beach by car. The parking is on the opposite side of the street. The hotel can seem a bit old but the room was comfortable and clean. I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t say anything about it.

The property was clean and the rooms well-kept. The staff were polite and friendly.
It’s well located, near a supermarket and the old historic part of Orosei.
It’s also a pleasant stroll down to the beach, around a 15-20 minute walk.
There was no wifi in my room - something that just has to be a must in this day and age.
The room was fine but the air-con wasn’t cold enough to my taste. I visited during some very hot weather and although there was a small fridge in the room it took ages to chill any drinks effectively.

It was close to the city centre. The parking was close and there was no problem to find a spot.
Not nice treatment of tha staff and the unwillingness of the receptionist when the aircondition stopped working (her solution was placing the fan in the heat of 40 degrees-she told me they were full and she couldn't change the room, so I wanted to speak to her boss who offered us a new room) In the new room there was not remote control and again the receptionist claimed we had to use the buttons on the TV. There was no shuttle service to the beach as promised in Booking. The doors of the room opened on its own when it was not locked. The shower head did not hold properly in both rooms so you had to hold it all the time in order not to get hurt. The restaurant in the hotel was closed even though the neon lights of the restaurant were on all night. During the 14 days trip around Sardinia this was the worst accommodation.
