Personeel hotel: vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
Kamer: groot, verbonden aan de spa, goed bed enkel een kleine douche.
Spa: heeeeeeerlijk! Sauna's, binnenzwembad, buitenzwembad, niet te druk, masssages...
Restaurants: lekker eten!
Veel parking.
Personeel restaurant: het was super druk. Het eten was lekker en vlot maar de bediening kreeg het niet verwerkt.

Ho soggiornato un weekend con mia moglie e ho invitato una coppia di amici a raggiungerci la Domenica , prenotando e pagando una ulteriore Junior Suite Room. La sera a cena, ho scoperto che i miei ospiti avevano ricevuto una stanza diversa da quella da me prenotata. Molto più piccola e di categoria inferiore. Ho fatto presente la cosa alla reception, sia la Domenica sera che il Lunedì mattina al check out, ma il personale non è stato in grado di risolvere il problema . Anzi lo ha peggiorato. Pessima figura con i miei ospiti, scarsa professionalità, arroganza e cattiva gestione del customer care, fanno sì che questa bella struttura diventi poco attrattiva. Inoltre la colazione non è all'altezza dello standard 4 stelle, e non esiste un servizio di facchinaggio.
