Great!

The hotel is well located close to Dolo (10mins walk but do take care as busy road). Bus stop outside hotel to either Venice or Padova. Great restaurants in area. I rented a bicycle in Oriargo which was great to get around. Aurora (manageress) at hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Very hospitable owners, Dolo itself is a great place essential in the evening (passegiata, bars)

Nothing about the hotel. ACTV, the Venetian public transport company, has stopped selling tickets in the bus from Dolo to Venice. So you must either get the app and buy online, or walk to Dolo to buy a ticket offline. Very unfriendly to tourists.

Subject to my dislike the Hotel was OK but I would not return

location was good, staff were very helpful

We were given the attic room, no windows, very low ceiling, poor access to bath tub and sections of bedroom. This was likely due to my hurried booking and not taking in the room details before payment. This room would be ok for anyone under 5 feet 3 inches tall, naturally all rooms are not like this one I would have immediately checked out if my arrival time was not so late at night.

Una bellissima sorpresa.

La cortesia, la competenza e la professionalità del personale della reception che mi ha accolto al mio arrivo. L'upgrade della camera da singola a matrimoniale ad uso singolo è stato un gesto molto gentile ed ho apprezzato. Il letto ad una prima impressione troppo morbido è risultato invece comodissimo, ho poi constatato che oltre al materasso era presente anche un top, roba da hotel di Ben altra categoria e prezzo, davvero complimenti.

Le personnel était très agréable et serviable. Malgré une arrivée tardive, le personnel a tout mis en place pour que nous puissions accéder à notre chambre. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren total freundlich. Sie haben uns ausgiebig über die Lage mit nächstgelegenen Restaurants und die Anbindung an andere Orte wie u.a. Venedig informiert. Sehr, sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Alles Top! 100% Weiterempfehlung. Auch der Ort Dolo ist mit tollen Restaurants und Bäckereien ausgestattet!

Die Nähe zu Venedig und Padua und dass das Ort Dolo zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Das im ganzen Hotel sowie die zwei Fenster im Zimmer Milchglasfenster sind ohne Sicht ins Freie. Das hat mich sehr gestört,und verstehe den Sinn nicht.
