Номер превзошёл мои ожидания! Отличное соотношение цены и качества, а расположение просто идеальное - всё необходимое находится в шаговой доступности. При этом в номере очень тихо и спокойно, что особенно приятно после насыщенного дня. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова!

I had the pleasure of staying at B&B rooms from July 8th to July 11th, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely perfect, well-maintained, and managed with a passion that you can feel in every single detail. Here are the highlights that made this trip so special: Excellent Location: Situated at Anton Katalikosi N14, the property is in a strategic position for exploring Tbilisi. It is incredibly convenient for reaching the city's main attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and safe atmosphere. Impeccable Comfort and Cleanliness: The room was a true gem. It was extremely clean, brighi, welcoming, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to relax after a long day of sightseeing in the Georgian capital. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was smartly organized. An Extraordinary Welcome: The real added value of this property is, without a doubt, the owner. From the very first moment, she showed a rare kindness and helpfulness. With her smile and endless care, she literally made us feel at home, always attentive to our every need and constantly making sure our stay was going perfectly.
