Lovely, clean, modern suite with garden patio alfresco area.

Clean, fresh and contemporary. Lovely decor and thought has gone into what guests need. Outdoor patio with view of garden. Self contained suite at rear of the house with own entrance. Hospitable, unobtrusive hosts. Car parking directly outside.

The suite was excellent. The kitchen was stocked with all you needed and very good quality appliances and kitchen utensils, dishes, all you needed and more. It was very clean, which is very important to us when we travel. Leslie and Paul gave great instructions to the house, which were great and respectful hosts.

Great ground floor apartment with lovely views of sunsets over the hills

Great location for exploring the Lake Cowichan area. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a great kitchen. The hosts were welcoming and were able to provide non-feather pillows which were much appreciated (due to allergies). Lovely sunsets from the outdoor seating area and the living room window. Beach (lake) towels were much appreciated.

Gorgeous views, spacious, modern & clean

The views from this place are magnificent.The gardens are gorgeous, and you can see down to the lake. The hosts are super friendly. The accommodation is very well appointed and super clean and comfortable. We had everything that we needed. It's only a short drive into the well appointed town. Would love to come back here one day!

Valley View is probably the biggest and best places we have ever stayed in, with a great location!

From the moment we arrived and looked out at the view of the lake and hills in the distance we were glad we chose Valley View. When we walked into the cute patio complete with barbecue and wicker furniture, and then into the beautiful, spacious suite we were even more excited to be there. It was tastefully decorated in shades of turquoise and white with uniquely crafted wooden doors, doorframes and mouldings. Everything was pristine and beautiful - right down to the lovely table settings! Super welcoming and comfortable! Thank you so much for providing such a gorgeous place for us!

Great location for relaxing and only a few minutes drive from town. We had everything we needed at the property. Leslie was delightful and very helpful (we didn't meet Paul). It was the perfect place to finish are Canada trip. Cannot recommend more!

A real home from home!

The apartment is really well equipped and spotlessly clean! Leslie & Paul are friendly hosts who were on hand if we needed them, even clearing us a path and providing jigsaws when we got snowed in! The apartment is a real home from home, a great base to visit friends and a comfortable place to hibernate when the weather kicked in. This well thought out apartment is totally recommended.

A lovely little get away at charming Lake Cowichan.

Very clean, quiet and lovely mountain view which you can enjoy from nice patio. Our stay was short but longer stays could use bbq. Had thought of everything. Kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking necessities.

Perfect stay for 2 nights to explore the surrounding areas. The accommodation looks exactly like the pics.. so comfy and clean and very peaceful. Loads of books and games available if your into them. We had a game of scrabble over a few cans of beer. Check in and check out went super smooth. Gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains through the living room windows.

A Gem in Lake Cowichan

We loved our stay in this beautifully appointed, quiet suite that's just minutes from town. The view of the valley is gorgeous, and the guest suite opens on to a lovely garden with patio furniture. Leslie is a friendly, helpful, and thoughtful host who cares about guests having a pleasant experience in Lake Cowichan. We enjoyed meeting Oliver the Cat on his outdoor rounds, and even Callie the Cat too! Highly recommended.
