Great location, in the heart of the village of Arromanches-les-Bains.
Lovely new museum for the temporary Mulberry harbour built for the Allies planned for D-Day.
Like most little villages you can’t park in front, there are two car parks (free over night) charging from 0900 - 1900. 2.5€ an hour outside those times.
We have overnight bags for France as you often have 19c homes with little staircases, indeed this was the case here.
Worth the climb for the wonderful view of the beach and the remnants of the Mulberry harbour artificial port.
King size bed firm but comfortable (better than most French beds - from my Australian point of view)
There is a coffee machine that takes the soft round dose sachets. Good coffee at the little cafe.
All the cafes and restaurants were excellent.

The location of this property speaks for itself. You sit at the window overlooking the ocean and history of this town. Numerous restaurants and bakeries minutes away.. the room itself was very comfortable and quiet. A 10 out of 10
Too short a visit

Location was superb, you could not get closer to the beach, and the very short walk from the local shops. Car parks were a short walk away, and it was great once we had sussed out the overnight parking.
There was nothing not to like, a most enjoyable stay

Excellent place to stay while exploring the D-Day sites. The views are spectacular and we loved staying on the beach, listening to the waves and watching the tides. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has very nice bathrooms. The bunk bed room is best for kids or people who are limber. The kitchen is small but works well for making simple meals on the two burner stove.
Our only suggestion would be to add instructions and recommendations for where to park to the property’s emailed check-in arrival information.

The property description lacks very important information. The shower room is only accessible from the main bedroom. The room with the elevated bed, which has steps to get into it is not for older people and it has a toilet and basin. The access stairs are compact so care is needed getting up to the entrance on the second floor. The view from the front windows to the sea are excellent and proximity to cafes, restaurants and the local shops is good. Parking on the main will cost in the local car parks

Wonderful location, Beautiful views, quiet, windows are top quality, kitchen is small but fully functional able to cook breakfast and dinners. Located right in front near museum, pictures on bookings are exactly what you see upon arrival, nice bed, shower, hot water , 2 bathrooms, 1 shower, great communication with manager/owner
Coffee maker is large pod type (Senseo type)
Extra toilet paper, there where only 2, partial rolls upon arrival,

Location, view, local charm.
Cleanliness could have been better.

Lovely position with excellent view. Central location
Difficult to access if mobility issues.
Left early because of noise of machine tools above our apartment most of day and evening.

Super close to the ocean, quiet at night (mostly, other than some rowdy folks on the walkway one night), roomy, beautiful views. Very clean. Heated towel rail super useful for getting stuff dry!
Lack of information about car parking. If no free public park available, it’s really expensive to park during the day which happened one day to us. Clarity on car parking up front when booking would be useful. We did find free parking most other times, and at night no problem at all. Could have used additional toilet paper and paper towels.

Attractive seascape views, but a rather depressing experience.
Parking a nightmare, to advertise it as a most popular facility is pure fantasy. I had no response when I asked for details of parking; turned out municipal car park 300m away was best we could do.. The advertised claim of 24 hour Front Desk is another laughable piece of misinformation: we were the only people in the building throughout our stay until the cleaner arrived when we left-through long unkempt grass where there should be a dry path.

Amazing location. Arromanches Les Bains
Is a beautiful seaside resort. The views from the apartment were very special. The main bedroom was very comfortable and the shower room was new and clean.
The second bedroom was only suitable for younger children. 2 x Adults climbing a ladder for bed looked daunting and awkward for night toilet visits.
There was no kettle. There was a fancy coffee machine but with no pods to use.
The utensils and crockery needed washing before use. The tea towels in the kitchen smelt terrible. Thankfully I took my own.
Maybe a pint of milk or butter in the fridge would have been helpful to find.

Awesome location!
Keys were not in lockbox when we arrived so had to contact owner. He did respond quickly to bring them. There is no free parking close so if you arrive during the day it is very hard to find a spot. Town clears out in the evening and parking is easy to find.

The beautiful view of Arromanches beach, remnants of the WWII floating bridge, the sea, the lulling sound of crashing waves. The confortable bedding.
To access the toilet you need to go through the second bedroom.

Lovely clean property with a fantastic sea view. Quiet location and close to all shops, restaurants etc. Fantastic.
There was nothing to dislike at all.

Locatie was perfect.
