Absolutely nothing.

On arrival we were issued a room without the bathroom door, as rooms are very small you are basically using the toilet standing in your bedroom. All corridors heavily smell weed, you can hear any noise in the nearest 7-8 rooms. Uncomfortable beds, staff don't speak any English.

The staff, especially Marie, she was kind and accommodating! Even though we cant speak.french, she tried her best to assist us..

They cancelled our reservation without even informing us. When we turned up to check in they just informed us that we should have read the small print in the terms and conditions when we reserved and booked the hotel on their site. Somewhere in the small print there is a clause that says if you don't check in by 18:00 then they are able to cancel your booking automatically, whereas all that is written on their site when you book is that YOU can cancel the booking up to 18:00. I assumed that since I did't cancel the booking then it existed, after all who reads through all the pages of the terms and conditions when you press the "Book" button, I got the booking confirmation number email and the "check in guidance" email but no "booking cancelled" email. The only way I saw the booking had been cancelled was that they had credited my bank account with the payment after we showed up at the hotel. Lesson - spend your holiday time reading through pages of small print instead of enjoying yourself so as not to be left sleeping in the car.

Hygiene and cleanliness is really poor. Everything was dirty, even the floor and bathroom. Bed sheets and pillows were ok. Rooms are very small. We expected this, but we booked for 4 people and we thought the room was more spacious. Although the room was available, we were not allowed to check-in before 13.30. Microwave is only available when the canteen is open. The staff does not speak English (except one guy)

Breakfast and room were good, however bathroom was too small and not comfortable.
