Somewhere to sleep but only the once

Quieter than I had expected given the central location.

Needed maintenance badly, the poor repair to the door of the room was an early indication .Curling carpet tiles and a hanger loose on the bathroom door added to the air of neglect. A visitor with mobility problems might struggle with the several flights of stairs ( no lift) during which the filthy windows could be observed.

When we arrived a man came out of the side door when he heard the motorbike. To say we were not allowed the park the bike As I was unloading the boxes ( panniers) he give my wife a room key and instructions on how to get into the side door. He then disappeared, getting in was a hit and miss affair. ENTER THE CODE FORCE THE DOOR INWARD, THEN PULL HARD. This you had to have several attempts. Our room was in the attic the bed was at an angle to help from hitting your head. The manager never appeared again. We went out and when we returned it took several attempts to get back in. Although we had paid for two nights, we left the next morning fearing if we went out we may have been unable to get back into the Hotel

Poor service but was in an ideal location and was a reasonable price for the time of year.

Location was excellent, in the middle of town next to two carparks, which on Thursday's become the weekly market. Have to buy a disc blue, from the tourist office for €2, to park during the day for up to 1.5 hours. Parking between 7pm and 9am was no problem.

Our small room was at the top of 3 flights of stairs, as are all the rooms! Bit of a struggle up and down if you have any infirmity! Room was only vacuumed once in the 8 days we were there, staff did not make the bed and the sheets were not changed at all, although the towels were changed daily. The room itself was in a poor state of repair, with peeling wallpaper and a sink that threatened to fall of it's pedestal. The wifi signal in the room was non-existent.

The location, the bed was comfortable.

It would be great with a bottle of water, soap and shampoo dispensers in shower. No cleaning for the second night (so no shampoo and wet towels 😊), it would not be a problem if the price was less than the first night.

This a simple and easy hotel in the heart of Pont l'Abbe. Good value for the price. Very nice and helpful owner.

WiFi signal is not working on 3rd floor where we had our room. Storage space missing in the bathroom.

Très bien situé

L hotel est sale . L odeur d humidité et de parfum pour masquer est irrespirable avons du ouvrir la fenêtre 1h. L escalier est sale moquette et peinture d un autre siècle. La chambre sale également moquette en dalles décollées,tachées. Pour 2 nuits : quand nous sommes rentrés le 2em soir pas de ménage lit non refait serviettes non changées. A revoir les règles d hygiène et de sécurité. Prendre des cours d accueil et de respect du client

L'emplacement est bien sur Pont l'Abbé, les propriétaires étaient sympas

Couloir crade, escalier crade, entré dans la chambre je trouve des carrés de moquette à moitié décollés et crades, la tapisserie qui se décolle, une serviette blanches pour la douche avec des traces suspects... Lit avec matelas qui doit avoir 20 ans... Dans le couloir il y avait un trou dans le plancher... Vraiment la pire expérience d'hôtel que j'ai pu tester, et tout ça pour 70€.

Malgré ma réservation,l'hôtel était fermée. Je me suis retrouvée sans hebergement. J'ai laissé un message tel et mail,pas de réponse à cette heure (24h )plus tard! Je précise que je suis en rando donc a pieds!

Je déconseille vivement

L'emplacement au centre ville peut être sympa, le problème étant de garer son véhicule. Les deux parkings à proximité sont inaccessibles le jeudi à cause du marché et ils sont tout les deux en zone bleue.

L'état déplorable de la chambre, des serviettes de toilette très blanches et propres mais avec un poil pubien délicatement posé sur l'une d'entre elles... Une vieille moquette au sol, sale et qui essaie de fuire l'hôtel visiblement... Des murs tapissés en noir avec de grosses tâches visibles malgré la couleur et des morceaux qui tentent de suivre la moquette... Une ampoule dans la salle de bain laissée à nu et qui, de toutes façons, ne fonctionne pas... Pour couronner le tout, une odeur de cendres infecte et très difficilement supportable, comme si la chambre avait pris feu récemment et qu'on n'avait ni nettoyé, ni aéré depuis... Je ne vous parle pas de l'état d'insalubrité du couloir qui mène à cette chambre et qui vous donne l'impression d'être dans Shining... Le lit était plutôt confortable mais personnellement j'ai préféré dormir par dessus les draps vu l'état du couvre lit et du reste de la chambre... Je ne comprends pas que l'on puisse louer des chambres pareilles !

Je n'y reviendrai pas

L'emplacement avec son parking. Les draps sont propres.

La saleté des escaliers (moquette) pour monter aux chambre. Le miroir dans le couloir sale, le petit meuble blanc sale et les draps par terre le soir et qui étaient toujours là le lendemain matin. Il n' y a que 6 chambres donc autant en prendre soin et de faire le maximum pour le client. Dans la chambre il n'y a pas les équipements annoncés, il a un petit savon, un liquide en bouteille pour le shampoing. Pas de sèche cheveux, les rails de la douches ne sont pas nickels non plus et la douche est très petite, si vous avez une grande carure, vous n'y rentrez pas. Le matelas n'est pas assez épais, j'ai senti les lattes en dessous. La moquette qui est vieille et pas collé sur la dalle. La tapisserie décollée, ça ne fait pas entretenue du tout. Pas de mot de passe wifi sur la porte de la chambre, j'ai du utilisé mes réseaux mobiles. Les horaires d'arrivée ne sont pas comme sur booking.... Les vrais sont 12h/15h 18h/22h

L'accueil agréable. La chambre lit confortable et propre. Salle d'eau wc propre et fonctionnelle. Les produits de toilette bienvenus. Les effluves de cuisine qui nous mettaient l'eau à la bouche malheureusement nous n'avons pas dégoûté les plats. Carte restaurant appétissante à prix raisonnable. Petits déjeuners gourmands.

Certains endroits méritent un rafraîchissement sérieux. Mais chaque chose en son temps. L'équipement des chambres est très correct, le sol moquette vieillot et abîmé.

Nos chambres étaient au 3éme Etage sans ascenseur, non précisé dans la réservation, l'escalier étroit et pas d'aide pour monter les bagages. Moquette sale et décollée à plusieurs endroits, un trou dans le parquet du couloir et surtout un gros trou à la porte de notre chambre (voir photo)
