    Overall I had a great experience. My only remark is that the restaurant and beach staff are extremely unorganised (often very confused) and the restaurant prices are overpriced in comparison to neighbouring beach restaurants.

    We booked for 11 days and the first 6 days we enjoyed everything about this place, we booked a delux villa and it was very comfortable. On the 6 days we decided to extend for another 5 days so we could stay for 16 days. On the next morning we got a letter that the will start renovations next to our room, will close the beach front pool, cold and hot pool and sauna. Was very disappointing for us, we were downgraded to a garden view room because the noise was too much were we stayed, there was hammering and drilling going on even though breakfast time, there was another pool in the back of the hotel and staff was trying to make the guests happy by providing lots of sitting on the beach front. It didn’t make up for it, instead of having a laid back by the pool it felt more like a building site and there was no compensation for all that. It’s our 4-5 time in Al’s but this time was a let down, we will sure be back for its location and lovely staff, but they should let people know in advance about the renovations, as they knew it was going to happen.

    The location was amazing, staff were friendly however everything else was pretty average the facilitators were outdated and need a good clean and the pool was green.
