We were not able to sit on the beach as unfortunately part of it was damaged by rough seas but we did eat at a very nice restaurant on the beach. The pool area is lovely - the pool is big. The bar service is very good as was breakfast which had lots of variety and tables outside or inside.
Not enough sun loungers round the pool - they all had towels on them but no people!

Loved the quick access to beach. Beautiful clear water and clean sand; great for swimming and water sports. Grounds were well kept. Hotel had a classic Italian feel from the 60's. Great view of the sea from balcony. Food was good, more so for dinner and great local wines.
Very small shower. I'm 5'2 and petite and could barely move in it.

Beautiful beach and very nice pool area. Room was quite comfortable too. The bar tender in the evenings was a very friendly man.
The hotel policies are designed to rip guests off at every stage. It was quite surprising that although the hotel has its own private beach, they still charge guests to use the beach beds. More surprising than that, you have to pay to have your beach towels replaced for clean ones. Our surprise reached its peak when my husband asked to borrow an iron and iron board to iron a shirt before dinner and we were told that they only offer ironing as a paid service. At breakfast, I got told off by one of the staff for refilling my water bottle with the breakfast water.
Although the location is nice and the hotel itself was probably very nice 20 years ago, it feels like it could do with some refurbishment. Also, two nights in a row there were some very loud and very late beach parties outside and the hotel did not warn us about the expected disturbance nor offer any kind of compensation for two sleepless nights.
Though the pool area was very nice, the bar was never opened there as advertised and we had to go up and down from the beach bar to get drinks.
