Pleasant hotel, with helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, of hot and cold food. Good evening meal buffet.

There was numerous children using the reception and bar area as a playground, this was dangerous and unacceptable for older guests.Staff should have insisted they use the play area provided for them, not the area where older guests were trying to relax

I really liked the spa and the hotel’s location. The hotel itself is clean and very pleasant, and the reception staff were very friendly.

The food at the hotel is simply terrible. The €27 buffet dinner was a big disappointment: limp, tasteless salads, dirty and unwashed vegetables, a very small selection, and everything was absolutely bland and unappetizing. Breakfast was the same - limited choice and very tasteless. The spa left mixed impressions. The pool and the steam rooms are very nice, but they are located on different floors, and you have to walk long distances through cold corridors to get from one area to another. Also, to use the pool you need to buy a swimming cap for €3.
