The Spa facilities are excellent and the staff there extremely helpful and friendly.. The therapists are brilliant.
The location itself is excellent and we use it each time we fly in and out to Heathrow from Crete. We have also recommended it to others.
The person who checked us in was less friendly than those who have previously checked us in on several occasions. Further, we declined an upgrade from a Classic room when asked and then told she had given us a superior room. However, previously when given a superior room, there has been a mini bar in the fridge, bathroom amenities and biscuits in the kettle area. On this occasion there was none. The room was also on the first floor next to the escalator down to reception.
