Very good staff, especially Haleema and Anna were very kind and treated us very well. Great location with lots of super markets and restaurants. Easy accessibility to central London.

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights and we had a comfy bed and an ensuite. The bus stop was right outside so easy to get into London, a bit of a trek though but we knew what we signed up for.
Also the two ladies that were working on the desk were really friendly and they made us feel welcome.
Oh and parking was included.
Only down side was that it was a little bit noisy at times but I think that was because we were the closest room to the entrance. No big deal though we had earplugs and slept really well.
