An Unforgettable Stay – World-Class Hospitality and Exceptional Management! ​My wife, our two children, and I recently spent 8 wonderful days at this amazing hotel, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. ​Even before we arrived, the level of service was outstanding. Our airline notified us at the last minute that our flight had been moved up by several hours. We sent a message to the hotel asking if an early check-in might be possible so we wouldn't have to wander around exhausted with our kids. They replied almost instantly, showing incredible empathy and accommodating us with an early check-in. From that very moment, we knew we were in great hands. ​Upon arrival, we were welcomed with warm, genuine smiles, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The next day, we asked about upgrading to a larger suite. The staff kindly showed us the option, which turned out to be spacious, luxurious, and extremely comfortable for our family. ​The breakfast was simply out of this world! Words can barely describe the incredible variety and the top-tier quality of the ingredients. Everything—from the fresh salads, fruits, and pastries to the coffee and hot dishes—was absolutely divine. ​Every single staff member went above and beyond: the breakfast waiters, the beach team, the pool lifeguard, the housekeeping staff, and the front desk team. Everyone was consistently friendly, warm, and attentive. ​The absolute highlight of our stay, however, was Maria, the General Manager. From the moment we arrived, she made sure we felt completely taken care of. Maria leads by example with an extraordinary work ethic. She seemed to be in five places at once—checking on guests at breakfast, supervising on the beach, available at the pool, at the front desk, and even reachable via WhatsApp for any request at any hour. Her dedication sets the standard for the entire hotel, and it’s crystal clear why the staff is so motivated and exceptional—they learn from the best!

The towels were a bit worn out. Especially beach towels The breakfast continued until 11 am however the buffet was NOT replenished when something ran out!

The overall atmosphere was perfect for a romantic escape. We enjoyed having quiet moments together, good food nearby and plenty of privacy when we wanted some time away from everything.

The staff was great . Service great 10/10
