Friendly staff, great location

The beds were comfortable however quite low and, as an oldie, not the easiest to get out of.

Not great, not terrible

The staff was very friendly and it’s location was very accessible. The room was okay. Nothing special.

The beds weren’t comfortable and the pillows were made of air almost. There were hairs between the bed that weren’t ours. A lot of insects in the room, dead insects on the walls. Very noisy. When a car would pass by it sounded almost as if it was passing by directly through the room.

Poor isolation and very old facilities. Don’t feel comfortable staying there.

Should renovate it since you can hear the noise easily from the room next to yours.

Not a negative comment but note that check in closed at 6pm so get there before and also we had no cycle garage/locked area to park our cycles after 6pm.

Camping de L'Our is wonderful by all means. The location is beautiful. The air is fresh. The flat is spacious and clean. The balcon looks to the mountain. I strongly recommend it.

The view of the campground and all the trees, so lush. The bed linens were beyond soft!

Right above the road and the traffic, although traffic seemed to stop at a fairly reasonable hour. Neighbors smoking on their patio, the smell came around to our room so we could.not have the patio door open to cool the room.

This worked well for a one-day stay so we could explore Vianden, separate from seeing the castle.

On second floor, so large windows on opposite sides of the room gave us great cooling breezes and good views. Kitchenette, so we had access to refrigerator to store our food (bought from the gas station next door). On the bus line. Very clean. A very sweet woman (who is not part of the business), watched our suitcases for us so we could go hiking in the time before we could get into our room.

The bedside lamp didn’t have a bulb. The only chairs were small, hard dining room chairs. There was no official way to leave luggage until the reception desk opened.

Basic accomodation

Great location if visiting Vianden. Room was very clean and had lots of appliances. There's a petrol station next door that also has a small budget friendly shop.

Beds weren't very comfortable, but the main issues were the noise (I could hear people from other rooms and the traffic outside) and the blackout curtains weren't very efficient (I wake up before 5.30am due to sunlight).

Spacious and comfortable. Lovely view from the balcony of the forest across the campsite. The walk into town alongside the river a delight. Some beautiful walks locally. Useful selection of foods at adjacent garage.

Convenient place to stay

The apartment is large with two rooms and 4 beds. The kitchen is well equipped, with cooker, boiling machine and coffee machine. Everything is clean, including the bathroom. There's also nice balcony for the summer days. And heating for the colder days. Private parking provided.

Cold shower at 645 am (was warm at 8 pm). Personel assuming you are lying about the cold shower or coming a little later because of trafficjam. Bad experiences with clients...?

I booked an appartment with two bed rooms (4 beds) but one bed room was locked because we were only 2 residents . I had to pay 30 € more to use the 2nd bed room Location: noisy ! next to a gas station and on a high traffic road

Spacious and clean room with balcony. Kitchen has everything you need. Easy to pick up the keys at the campsite reception desk. Parking spaces next to the building. The gas station shop was convenient and has a little bakery section. It look us 15 minutes to walk to Vianden, nice walk alongside the river. Location was good to explore Luxembourg by car.

Thin walls, you can hear people speaking in the neighboring rooms and the cars driving past on the busy road. Overall the room has dated décor and some uncomfortable furniture, but ok for a short stay.

Super clean apartment, ideal to go with pets, amazing view, quiet surroundings, very nice location. For us was just one night on our way to Montpellier from The Netherlands, totally recommended.

Pleasant

There was no breakfast due to Corona restrictions. I got a discount because of that. The studio was spacey, clean and decently equipped (coffe machine, water cooker and stove, fridge). Vicinity of service station and small shop with fresh bread and basic food stuff.

There was a lot of noise coming both from the street, the service station and from the camping behind it.

Cozy place on a nice location

It's a nice place, easy to find. The staff is friendly. The apartment is very clean with a nice view.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable, the springs of the matras press in your ribs/ back and every time you move you wake yourself up because of the loud sound the bed makes.
