Camping de L'Our Appartements

The accommodation is basic but fully functional and served us well a a base for visiting Vianden. Free parking onsite with no issues finding a space. Friendly management. The apartment was actually of quite a good size for two people. We had a reasonably nice view, although it was over the camp ground there was a nice outlook over the hills and trees nearby. The balcony is away from the road side so was nice and quiet, it also was quite private from adjacent balconies with frosted glass between. It was of a good size. The camp ground was very peaceful, although it was full there was no noise. The nearby fuel station has all the basic supplies you could need. Beautiful river walk into town.

There is some road noise during the day but this did stop at night so we had no trouble sleeping. We were there during the 2026 heatwave and it was hot, it really needed a fan provided. The shower cubical was quite small and really needs a soap tray, trivial but it makes a difference.

Located on the edge of Vianden with free parking. Spacious room with a really good shower. Cooking facilities were good with a four ring hob (though there isn’t a microwave; not listed and a mistaken assumption on our part). A good choice of crockery, glasses and cutlery to use which was great. A really good base to discover this part of Luxembourg. The staff were welcoming and polite too.

We arrived after the reception closing time, but the staff stayed on to hand over the key in person.

The staff was very friendly and it’s location was very accessible. The room was okay. Nothing special.

The beds weren’t comfortable and the pillows were made of air almost. There were hairs between the bed that weren’t ours. A lot of insects in the room, dead insects on the walls. Very noisy. When a car would pass by it sounded almost as if it was passing by directly through the room.
