The room was comfortable.
There were signs of accumulated dirt (supposedly from drilling) on the floor at the edges of the room which were missed. The sink and toilet basin were not adequately cleaned. The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. There was a smell of drainage outside the room in the corridor.

Some of the staff seemed nice. Garden is lovely. I was late for the breakfast two days in a row and the staff was still nice to me. Room service was lovely and the menu was really good, as well as the food.
F&B doesn't take good care of the breakfast area after 10 AM. Missing plates, dirty counters around the buffet area, empty tables with dirty dishes on them. I would recommend adding a refresher routine at 10 AM so that people who are late come to a clean area with plates and clean tables.
Spa area smelled of cigarettes and had only one person in charge to cater both to the reception and issues around it, Jacuzzi was full of chemicals that burned the eyes. I would recommend adding a no smoking sign, and also showing the workers how to refresh the Jacuzzi without overdoing it with the cleaning tablets.
Room smelled like old furniture, bathrobes and towels smelled like oil. You need to introduce a soft smell in the rooms, and find a better way on washing bathrobes and towels.
Towels had lots of holes and were obviously ready to be exchanged, kindly ask the cleaning team to review all the towels and replace those that are old and with holes. You're a Kempinski, you can't have holes in towels.
Breakfast was full of flies and wasps, we're in 2025, there are so many solutions for controlling that.
Lots of non-native speakers and trainees, the language barrier and skill level created several problems. I booked an extra night and drove 3 hours on Saturday just to make sure that next day, during the proper check-in, we can enjoy breakfast in the morning, thought that I prepaid and booked everything, yet at arrival there were only problems.
