The room was a fantastic size, we stayed in the Gaudi suite. Great size great view from the huge balcony. Very comfortable, loved the room.
The eveing meal arrangements were dreadful. There seemed to be a school staying at the same time.. a lot of kids there and when it came to the eveing meal it was like a free for all. I have a son who is neurodivergent and his surroundings need to be managed when there are a lot of people for noise and closeness of others. He was being pushed and shoved, people pushing in to get food in front of him and myself, there was no structure it was like a zoo had been let loose. My son didnt have a good experience and neither did we. There definitely should be more structure at meal times because God knows what it will be like in the peak of summer. This was the only thing that was very disappointing.

The furniture in the room is very old, the room is not looking as a 4 stars hotel. The cleaning solutions was smelling too strong and was not Ok for my 8 month baby, who was sneezing a lot because if it. Too much noise in the hotel
