About this house rental
Have you dreamed of living in a log cabin? Enjoy first class accommodations in this cozy modern log house. The perfect country get away, this log cabin is tucked in the woods just 1 mile down the road from Jay Peak Resort. Built in 2008 the log cabin sleeps 10 in four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Attached garage / mud room allows weather protected entry. Radiant floor heating throughout the first floor. Modern fully outfitted kitchen and dining area, gas fireplace, large screen TVs. A large bonus room offers a place to play or get away for some quiet time. Perfect for multi-family vacations. In the summer enjoy the wrap around porch and fire pit. Excellent location makes getting to and from Jay Peak Resort a breeze. Hard to find a property which all the amenities so close to the Resort.
Situated on 2.2 acres the property offers a large lawn, fire pit and barbeque grill. Enjoy the mountain view of Jay Peak while sitting in Adirondack chairs on the covered wrap around porch. Dine alfresco during the beautiful summer evenings or sit around the campfire. Firewood provided.
With 2004 sq. ft. of living space this log home provides ample entertaining space. Ideal vacation home for large families or families traveling together. Large screen TV in living room with gas fireplace provides a cozy and warm ambiance. Send the kids upstairs to the bonus room with large screen TV, huge sectional sofa and foosball table.
The U shaped kitchen with open dining area has plenty of space to sit 10 at the large dining table. Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, electric stove and plenty of counter space makes meal preparation fun. Fully outfitted kitchen, all you need to do is bring the food.
The three bedrooms have queen sized beds and one bedroom has two bunk beds. Sleeping 10 total. One bedroom is on the first floor with three rooms upstairs with one bathroom on each floor. Each bedroom has a large closets and dressers. Linens and towels included.
The heated garage / mud room has a separate entrance from the driveway. Beautifully crafted wood bench and ski racks, coat hooks makes transitioning from outside to in convenient. If you don’t want to park your car in the garage enjoy a game of ping pong. Washer and dryer provided.

This was our 3rd time staring at Susan’s home. Perfect for our group of friends to get together for a long ski weekend. Location couldn’t be better and the house is very comfortable, clean, and spacious. I highly recommend.We booked our 4th visit before we even left!

Location was great. House was overall nice for a large group, although one of the bunk beds was damaged and the toilets and showers are stained from the water.
