A residência é maravilhosa. Muito aconchegante esse imóvel; ventilado; bem localizado. Propriedade bem cuidada; acomodações confortáveis; limpeza nota dez. Tudo em ótimo estado e tem uma área de lazer muito agradável, sem contar que fica próxima à praia. Tudo conforme descrito e mostrado em fotos pela proprietária Sra. Kátia, que sempre foi muito simpática e prestativa em tudo que precisávamos. O único problema que tivemos, foi o fato de não ter mercados que atendessem nossas necessidades, principalmente com bebidas alcoólicas. Então, tivemos que comprar fora do condomínio. Exceto esse empecilho, a casa realmente atendeu todas as nossas expectativas. Valeu a pena. Pretenderemos voltar mais vezes!
