Good air-con and hot water, and good value for the price.

The location was good with transport and cheap restaurants close at hand.

No staff to be seen till my forth night. No offer of clean sheets or towel nor room clean for the five nights I stayed.

It was an ok value for money.

I did not request wifi, as I have my phone data. The place was clean, no reception though, which is strange, but ok, did a self check-in, I was contacted through WhatsApp by the host, so no problems with it either. There were no Towels, but they have provided them, and no toiletries. The curtains were so torn, I felt sorry for them and bought new ones :) The bed was super clean and fluffy. The air conditioner is good. It is pretty close to 2 beaches, and lots of restaurants, a morning fresh food stall nearby. Could have spent more time. but wanted to explore other locations as well. Good value for money.

Plastic furniture and a broken wardrobe. Who needs a wardrobe, it could be replaced by a bamboo hanger (Scandinavian style - easy and cheap to make) Plastic bean? Really get the one from Ratan, cheaper, attractive, and more cultural. You have a good place, spend a small amount on decorations, and you will have it all the time full of guests.

Extremely disappointed

The bathroom was clean and sheets were clean (not the actual pillow itself though) the owner was nice. Great location.

Mouldy! So bad that I didn't even stay the night. I moved rooms at 10pm that night to another place down the road. It smelt mouldy and the air quality was so bad because of this and the walls were stained and my pillow had mould on it (under the pillow case). I asked for a refund but he didn't reply. Not worth your health. I stayed on the second level so maybe the bottom level isn't that bad but I would never go back there again.

Lovely quiet place

Great value for money. Arrived later than check in time and the host had set my room up for me and left the key, which I really appreciated. The hot water wasn't very consistent but the pressure was great. And again, for the price, it's fantastic value.

Fine for one night, good value for money!

Stayed for one night by the harbour, shower was hot and the fridge worked.

Good value for money

I stayed 4 nights in room number 4. I was happy with the experience. The aircon worked well and so did the fridge which was very convenient. It was good basic accomodation close to everything in Sanur. The cupboard had a lock. I slept comfortably. I loved the pond with water feature and fish. Nice courtyard garden. It was very quiet considering its near the main street. Except for one night when the neighbours dogs barked every 5 minutes for what seemed like the whole night lol. Bring earplugs.

No mattress protector, only a sheet. Bathroom drain was extremely smelly half the time. No ventilation in bathroom and the fan in there didnt work.

Budget stay in Sanur

I liked the location and the room. The shower had hot water and good pressure which was nice.

The bathroom bin was not fully emptied before my arrival. Checkout was at 10am but around 9am they started asking me to leave.

Fantastic budget stay

Friendly and helpful owner and staff, room is clean with working fridge, hot water shower and towels, basic toiletry. Laundry services were not available on site but the owner helped arrange for one. Close to beach and several good warungs.

The location is close to restaurants, shops and a 10 minute walk from the beach. It is in a peaceful area! The rooms are nice and comfortable, with a warm shower and good wifi! The owner and the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. I would really recommend this Homestay and the price is so good, well worth the money! I really recommend this Homestay.

A nice neat place...probably the cleanest of 4 places i stayed....good sheets towels etc big fridge...nice bathroom with open shower better than shower over bath options common in bali Quiet spot close to poso early morning coffee...just turn left on poso on left try banana fritter and other morning snacks..go further east to orange supermarket good for things you did not pack also cheap bingtang.. Better part of south sanur is go south down to next street baby monkeys has good food and chips...beach breeze on corner for cold beer and good food. If unsure the mie goring special or katsu chicken both good... Head east then turn south down to beach bobbys is nice beach front option bobby seafood salad was good starter or snapper in lemon butter also a bit west is bamboo cafe happy hr 4 to 6 buy 1 get one offer... has draft beer here...good mock tails i have heard ... I think the home stay was good and the green was quite restful..they bo very good laundry to even by bali standards... Sweet spot..

Nothing really maybe the pay in advance is a bit negative effect on customers...pay at hotel is more the norm.

bon marché,confortable, bien équipé et bien localisé

Ce logement contient tout le nécessaire, climatisation, frigo, eau chaude tous ça a moindre coût est proche de la plage avec des restaurants, massages proche aussi d'une supérette. Franchement pour le prix c'est top!!

seul bémol qui n'en est pas un juste je le notifié au cas où , le taxi m'a déposé au mauvais endroit ( ancien emplacement, donné au taxi la localisation de la Laundry tegal.
