A quiet, calm and peaceful homestay with friendly staff and an adequate, clean room. Great value for money and I would come here again!

Short simple stay, easy access to next leg of the trip!

It was a simple stay for our trip to the ferry. Met our basic needs, had a fridge and air con. The location was walking distance from a drag of eateries down the road. Crossing the road was definitely amusing and scary!

Excellent value for a one-night stay

Great value for money for a short stay. The property is conveniently located near Sanur harbor, which makes it very easy to catch boats to Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida. Perfect for travelers looking for a simple stopover before heading to the islands.

I did not appreciate the fact that on Booking I purchased and paid for a room with a kitchen, but the owner told me he was aware of the error and that the room he meant to offer did not include a kitchen. The property seems close to the sea, but it is not very convenient as you have to cross a very busy road. A bit more attention to detail would be enough to make it feel more welcoming.

I chose it because of the location. I went to Sanur Port the next day and its just a few minutes away from the homestay.

They provide free water, a fridge there which i havent seen in any other hotels with similar prices. I had to leave early the next day to Sanur port and they let me leave the bike and my things there until i come back from Nusa Penida.

the location is ideal, in the middle of a neighborhood so no street noise, but close to everything in sanur, it felt safe and was very clean, the room is simple but absolutely adequate and worth the price

Couldn’t have asked for more!

Nice location that’s quiet and not far from the city center. Facilities are super nice and clean. The owner is super kind and allways happy to stop to converse.

Worth it in view of cleanliness and location to the harbor

Spacious room, clean, with a very comfortable bed, a refrigerator, and plenty of hangers in the closet. Good A/C and hot water. The friendly owner likes to get to know his guests and has a great sense of humor. It was worth its price for us as it is located near the harbor, a great location to catch the morning ferry. However, you will have to cross the extremely busy bypass, so allow enough time to get to the ferry.

The tiled shower is molded. Its floor needs replacing. Located in a very narrow alley, which makes it difficult for a cab to maneuver. It is also quite far from the center, which makes it tough to get a Grab during peak hours as they get stuck on the very busy bypass that people have to cross to walk to town or to the beach.

Lovely homestay, friendly owners, great location

We had a great stay and Pondok Nuri Homestay. The hotel is ran by a lovely and friendly family. The breakfast was lovely, and the bike hire is great. Lovely pool to cool off in, and a great location.

Would recommend earplugs due to noise from bars nearby, to be expected across all gili t though.

Great value for the money

If you arrive with Grab or Gojek it is best they leave you on the main road and you can easily walk to the guesthouse. The AC was working fine, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, perfect stay for a night if you go to Nusa Penida next day.

Great value for money. Very great and helpful host. Helped us with everything and even let us leave our luggage there for a few days even though we weren’t sleeping at his place anymore because we were exploring the island on a scooter. Helped us with airport shuttle. Would definitely stay there again.

Blankets were very thin but I get cold very easily. Most people would probably not mind.

Perfection

I think this is great value for money. I had a quick stopover was literally there to sleep, but it was perfect, I will easily come back for another night. It's nice and quiet!

Just a room - don’t expect service

Room was fine and with a nice seating area in front

Host just pointed to the room and then left without a word. No hospitality whatsoever even when I asked for help. The area is very difficult to navigate with super narrow streets and rather dark. It’s walking distance to the ferry though!

Amazing location if you are planning heading to Nusa the next day.

Location - Perfect! 5min walk to the harbour going to Nusa Islands. Check in - We arrived at midnight and all we had to do was literally walk to our room and sleep. Wi-fi - Have to agree with everyone, it is fast! Breakfast - You get a few different pieces of Indonesian breakfast “sweets” and pastry. Different choice but a good one if you are up to adventure and different tastes. Price - In the end, you know exactly what you are getting and the price is super competitive and worth every Rupiah.

There isn’t anything to dislike. You know this isn’t a resort or a 5-star, it’s a humble place that welcomes everyone. If you arrive at night, the road is dark yes but everything and everyone is safe.

Smiley hosts and calm environment

Really smiley, friendly hosts who helped me in at 1am after a long flight. The room was simple but had everything needed, including a seating area and outdoor kitchen on the terrace. Breakfast was left on my terrace for me waking up and was a great variety of tasty local things (although all wrapped in single use plastic). The location is 5 minutes walk from the port so really handy for onward travel by boat.

The only thing was it was down a dark back street so didn't feel too safe at night, but everyone around is very helpful and welcoming so it wasn't a problem!

Near the port

Good quality room with all amenities you need - bed was comfortable. Free water refills and very closely located to the port. Helped arrange driver to transport us from airport.

Curtains were very thin and light from outside leaked in at night. Owners dog barked a lot quite loudly. Driver asked us about if we wanted to book the ferry to Nusa and the price he was showing me was stupid - 500k per person one way ( just show up at the port and go with Angel Billabong fast cruise )

The owner organized a transfer from the Airport to the homestay. Worked out very well. Thanks! The room was comfy, with a terrace in front of it.

The included breakfast wasn't really a breakfast. For two people just tea, two bananas and mini sweets. So we were still hungry.

Relaxed overnight stay close to the ferry.

We rolled up well after modnight for a 1-night stay prior to getting a ferry from Sanur. Good communication, clean and spacious room with bathroom and small kitchen area at the front. Breakfast was a great little selection of fruit and traditional Indonesian food, with tea and coffee on offer. Really friendly owner. Relaxed.

No hot water, but didn't really need any.
