Schöne Wohnung mit separater Küche und einem großen Balkon mit Markise und Rollläden. Im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses im Stadtteil Minusio, am Hang, mit Aufzug bis in die Tiefgarage. Der inkludierte Parkplatz ist Gold wert, man kann sein Auto sonst nahezu nirgends abstellen. Die Wohnung ist in Privatbesitz und wird wohl auch regelmäßig vom Eigentümer selbst genutzt, deshalb nett dekoriert und gut ausgestattet, z.B. mit schönem Geschirr und Grundbedarf zum Kochen (Essig, Öl, Gewürze...). Allerdings ist sie auch nicht so "klinisch rein" wie eine rein kommerziell vermietete Wohnung. Es gibt viel Infomaterial, Wanderkarten, Bildbände, Sitzkissen, Decken... Direkt gegenüber ist ein Migros-Markt und die Bushaltestelle ins Zentrum (Haltestelle "Stazione"). Zu Fuß geht man ca. 15 Minuten bergab bis zur Seepromenade und schlendert von dort aus ggfs. weitere 15 Minuten am See entlang bis zur Piazza Grande (zurück geht es dann ordentlich bergauf). Der sehr freundliche Verwalter Antonio ist jederzeit per WhatsApp kontaktierbar.
Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig. Wenn die Nachbarn Wasser laufen lassen, pfeifen die Leitungen. Der gelbe Teppich im Wohnbereich ist nicht mehr so lecker...
