Suitable and fair for money, had everything you’d need but smelled quite bad.

It had everything we needed and instructions were all clear.

There were awful smells from the fridge and bathroom which made the rest of the area quite nauseating.

Next time I am in Bouwel, I am going to book the same place.

The apartment was more spacious than the pictures shown on booking.com. So that was a pleasant surprise. It had everything to make one’s stay comfortable. It felt like home away from home.

I would have given it a 10 but I think the towels and the duvet needed some upgrade

The sound insulation is not good. If it rains heavily then the top floor apartment has a lot of noise.

Very easy to find, good location from workplace, better to book a furnished appartement than a hotel for long stay. In Mathilda 3 appartement everything was furnished, it is VERY spacious, and easy to park. I recommend.

HORRIBLE !!!

Innommable, l'odeur qui se dégageait des lits , dégoûtant, les draps de lits, un manque total d'hygiène . Nous avions loué l'appartement pour 4 nuits mais impossible pour nous de retourner dormir dans une crasse et une odeur pareille . Nous avons quitté les lieux le lendemain matin. Sans parler de l'état du canapé (voir photos). Le frigo était plein d'eau ... Nous avons reloué ailleurs à nos frais !!!!

Wij komen hier niet meer terug...

De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot: duidelijke uitleg vooraf en een snelle reactie op ons bericht over het vuile beddengoed. Ook de wifi was uitstekend dankzij een snelle Telenet-verbinding, en de nabijheid van een supermarkt op wandelafstand was handig.

Het verblijf bestaat uit meerdere appartementen, maar de kwaliteit varieert sterk. Eén appartement op de begane grond (herkenbaar op Booking aan de groene stoffen tweezitsofa, bruine lederen zetel met groene kussens en witte vloertegels in de keuken - M4) was ronduit slecht. Bij aankomst troffen we een donkere inkomhal met loshangende bekabeling en een muffe geur. Binnen was het vuil: kruimels, vlekken op de vloer, versleten en niet-matchend meubilair, gammele stoelen en een bevlekte sofa. De grootste teleurstelling was het beddengoed: vlekken, haren, en een onfrisse indruk die doet vermoeden dat dit niet professioneel wordt gewassen. Geen handdoeken aanwezig. Na melding via Booking kregen we snel antwoord van de eigenaar, die voorstelde in een kast te kijken in de hal om het eerste verdiep. Wat we daar vonden, was rommelig en gaf weinig vertrouwen. Uiteindelijk kwam een vriendelijke dame nieuw beddengoed brengen, weliswaar beter, maar nog steeds niet echt proper. De diepvries was volledig dichtgevroren en de buitenkoer stond vol afval en kapotte materialen, het gaf de indruk dat het eerder als opslagplaats fungeerde. Een ander appartement op het eerste verdiep (te herkennen aan de witte sofa en houten dressoir met een ronde klok - M2) was duidelijk beter: vernieuwde keuken, ietsje degelijkere meubels, en een werkende airco in de woonkamer. Toch was ook daar de hygiëne onvoldoende: stof, vegen op oppervlakken en beddengoed dat niet fris aanvoelde. Wij raden ten stelligste af om het eerstgenoemde appartement te boeken. Het tweede appartement zou eventueel het overwegen waard zijn, op voorwaarde dat het aan een correcte prijs wordt aangeboden. Ondanks de vlotte en vriendelijke communicatie met de eigenaar, keren wij hier in elk geval niet meer terug.

Il a été très simple de récupérer les clés et tout était bien indiqué. L'appartement était confortable et bien équipé. Nous y avons séjourné à 4 pendant deux nuits.

de netheid . Badkamer vuilbakje zat nog vol. Vloer was niet gedweild ,stof onder de bedden en in de living. keuken vuile vodden onder de wasbak. Bedden waren niet comfortabel. En s'morgens veel lawaai van andere huurders Romenen.

Bon emplacement pour visiter la Belgique et les Pays-Bas

Grand appartement, bien équipé, avec un grand salon et deux grandes chambres. Grande salle de bain (manque des accroches pour les serviettes quand on est 4 personnes). Pas mal placé géographiquement par rapport aux villes à visiter. Il y a la clim (mais nous n'avons pas eu besoin de l'utiliser). Rideaux occultants partout. Moustiquaires sur une fenêtre (dans chaque pièce). Le "mur" extérieur de chaque pièce a des fenêtres sur la totalité de sa longueur. Hôte disponible (contactée par message via Booking).

Les lits un peu limite en confort. Le bruit de la rue (impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte). Pas de savon et shampooing. Pratiquement pas de commerces/restaurants à moins de 6km. Le tarif est un peu élevé (vu l'emplacement). Une seule clef à disposition.
