About this apartment rental
At the southern tip of the island of Rügen, a newly renovated and newly designed (May 2019) apartment awaits you. The apartment occupies the entire lower floor of a house. Should you ever have to wash your clothes on vacation, there is an utility room with a washing machine and dryer in the same building.
At the gable of the house, a covered terrace invites you to linger, accessible directly from the living area. From there you have a view of the small marina and the ferry pier.
You enter your apartment via a separate entrance and are directly in the modern living / dining area.
From the dining counter you can watch the hustle and bustle of the harbor and the passing ships on the Strelasund through the window. The kitchen area is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle ...
If you don't feel like cooking, you will find a snack in the village, which, among other things, will have fresh rolls ready for you from 9.30 a.m.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds.
The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted flat screens.
Bedrooms and living areas have indirect lighting - dimmable according to your needs. The peculiarity of the bedrooms - they are on the north side and therefore have peace and a pleasant sleeping environment.
Another extra is the separate dressing room, in which your suitcases can also be stored.
All rooms are heated automatically by underfloor heating.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer erfolgte zügig und umgehende Antwort war immer gewährleistet.
Am Urlaubsort sind wir herzlich empfangen worden und die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, gepflegte Ferienwohnung wurde uns nach einem Rundgang für unseren Urlaub vertrauensvoll überlassen. Die herrliche überdachte Terrasse war mit Blick auf die Ostsee, der Fährbetrieb war kaum zu hören und hat keineswegs gestört. Der kleine Sandstrand direkt vor der Haustüre war sehr angenehm. Einige schöne Ausflugsziele sind gut mit dem PKW zu erreichen.
Es war ein gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub mit unseren 3 Dackeldamen😍

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und extrem sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen Vermietern lief reibungslos und wir haben vor Ort noch den ein oder anderen guten Tip zu Essen/Sehenswürdigkeiten bekommen. Trotz der Nähe zur Fähre ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, auch wenn beispielsweise am Wochenende mehr Fußgänger, Radfahrer oder Autos unterwegs sind. Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von dort sehr gut in alle Richtungen erreichen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Smart TV, einer offenen Küche mit Wohnbreich sowie einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den Bodden. Der kleine Strand direkt vor der Haustür inkl. Hafen und frühs frischen Brötchen liegt keine 100m entfernt. Die Ferienwohnug liegt direkt an der Fähre Glewitz und bietet somit den idealen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf der Insel Rügen oder Stralsund.
