So lovely, comfortable, warm and had everything I needed. The staff were all so friendly and Johan went out of his way to take such good care of me. The meals were wonderful and plentiful. I felt so at home here and nothing was too much trouble.
I found the parking area a little tricky :)

I don't know how they achieve a score of 9. I had to ask for a microwave to warm up my food. The bathroom is dark and very old fashioned. No place to put your toiletries. The mirror above the dresser is so high, I had to stand and lean over to do my hair and makeup. The place needs to be updated. Very uncomfortable 😒
