Professional and kind staff. Clean rooms with cold air conditioning. Close to Lackland AFB.
Air conditioner was noisy when in operation. Elevator was unusually hot when inside. Dryer for laundry, took a very long time to dry cloths. No Coke zero.

The facility and staff
The elevator was broken made it a little difficult to take our luggage to our room. But the front desk made up for it! They are amazing
