Fantastic little chalet!
Communication in advance was really clear and helpful. The welcome from Gwil was fantastic and he looked after us really well. The property is so much better than the photos and site suggest. The sauna was an added bonus as I didn't spot that! Hot tub was great on the balcony. Kitchen and supplies all spot on. Lounge area perfect. Location fantastic. Full size ski room with dryers. Just so much in a small place. Great value for money.
Ensuite bathroom is a little small and tight; it's the nature of the property size but it's just a touch awkward. The double bed is just a bit small too but you couldn't really go king without losing too much circulation space. The other bedroom has more space and the second bathroom is spot on although doesn't have a toilet which is downstairs. I'm not a fan of key safes by doors, RFID or a code lock that changes weekly would be preferred.

Perfect place to stay- with a few tweaks could be brilliant!
-Beautiful and quaint, with everything needed for a fabulous holiday. -Generous and thoughtful owner popped in to introduce himself with a wonderful bag of treats.
Property management was poor. -Almost fell through the rotten deck. -End of season feel With Christmas decorations still up. -No toilet roll, cigarette butts on the deck. -No advice or links provided when assistance requested on busses or transfers. -Website offered two shuttles a day, this was not the case.

well equipped kitchen, big dining table, nice fireplace, each bedroom had own bathroom and beautiful home, good boot locker
we had no hot water for two days and no toilet paper all week. lock didn’t work on ski locker.

Fabulous
We loved the location, and new feeling of the property. The photos matched everything accurately. It was especially great that it came with two taxi transfer per day.
The rental was missing a number of very basic items (dish towels, oven mitts, dish soap, hand soap) and the management staff was not willing to provide them. The bathrooms are also quite small and one one was en suite.
