Appt 2ème étage sur l’ile de Saumur

L'appartement était propre, cosy avec de belles plantes et très bien situé à Saumur

Cafetière inhabituelle, et manque peut-être un grille pain L' accès par l'escalier demanderait à être rafraichi, j'avais donc un doute sur l'état de l'appartement avant d'y accéder

La propreté de l'appartement. Sa situation géographique. La facilité d'accès. La disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'hôte.

Un équipement un peu faible au niveau de la cuisine (vaisselle, casserole)

Het is een heel fijn appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Door de luiken overdag dicht te doen hou je de temperatuur binnen goed bij heel warm weer (het was 33 graden toen ik er was) Het bed is heel goed en alles is schoon. Op een paar passen lopen zit een goede bakker, en voor uit en inladen kun je je auto voor de deur parkeren (1,5 uur met blauwe schijf) of midden op de weg (als er plek is) onbeperkt gratis. Ik maakte gebruik van de gratis parkeerplaats op Place Marc Leclerc, 2 minuut lopen. Onder zit een bloemist waardoor het trappenhuis heerlijk ruikt naar bloemen. Het historisch centrum van Saumur is op korte loopafstand, leuk stadje. Vanuit slaapkamer uitzicht op het Chateau! Eigenaar heel bereikbaar.

Eigenlijk niets, het enige is dat het tafelblad blijft plakken als je het aanraakt, hoevaak ik het ook schoonmaakte, misschien een kleedje er overheen?

The apartment is in a good location, has parking close by and is a very easy walk to restaurants and bars. It was also clean.

The building itself looks scruffy and run down inside and the apartment is quite dated in terms of the bathroom, and the furniture is very basic. This, however, is probably reflected in the price. Unfortunately we arrived in the middle of a heatwave and the shutters on the front of the apartment had not been closed to shelter it from the afternoon sun. The temperature in the apartment remained almost unbearable for the duration of our stay, despite us having windows open throughout the night, once the temperature outside had cooled.
