We stayed one night in this lodge and enjoyed the stunning views from the room and terrace. The private pool is also something special. It was very clean and tidy. The Boma next to the dining room is exceptional.
It is very expensive and therefore we would have preferred to be served at dinner as we are no huge fans of a buffet.

A very stylish special place with the spectacular sunset view.
Just two km from Etosha National park King Nehale Gate this place offers a unique experience of wild nature, and the delights of cutting-edge comfort. The entire complex of buildings, including Boma with the fireplace is designed with the respect of traditions, and the advantages of modernity. Not the least to mention an excellent dinner-buffet, with South African wines which will add a finishing touch to the memorable stay.

This is a comparatively expensive place to stay so we expected a lot and it didn't disappoint. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and each rooms had its own private pool, although a little cold!!. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. We also enjoyed the evening buffet meal which again had a wide variety of food choices. There were areas to relax both during the day and in the evening and an interesting gift shop in the reception.
Since we had private pool expected they would provide robes and poll/spa shoes disappointed by absence. Was also disappointed that we were unable to have access the King Nehale private watering hole unless we paid a rather large fee for them to take us. We were a party of 8 so the cost was prohibitive and this was very disappointing bearing in mind we had paid for the hotel had expected to be able to visit this without further charge in our own transport.

Comfy beds, enormous bedroom and bathroom . Nice plunge pool. Good fresh salad choice. Convenient access to Etosha .
Odd design compared to others in price bracket. Western motel feel not in keeping with situation. Very strange decor not to our taste! Buffet style dinner and breakfast ok but excessive for number of guests.
