Penthouse at sea front

This place is located in the middle of the action! Bars, hundreds of beach restaurants and shops just steps away. As well as a wonderful beach. The beach (rough sand/stone) is for any age - flat at calm, with some waves towards the afternoon. Walking about 500 m south, teenagers can have a great time at a climbing structure water park, ninja style. Some shade under the trees, but one can spend all day on any of the beach lounges at a restaurant by just purchasing something (Frappe Cappuccino for 4 for example!). The apartment offers space for up to 6 people and also has a crib available if needed. There are two rooms with a large bed each (comfy!) as well as two separate beds in the living room (side pullout couch). AC is available in each room and was very useful at night!Everything is available in the apartment - from a dishwasher to a washing machine, as well as basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper etc). Toaster, waffle maker, and more are located in a very unusually spacious kitchen. Towels are there as well, but I recommend bringing beach towels, those are not supplied. One can buy them easily at one of the stores. Trash and recycling collection bins available in each street. The owner replies immediately to any questions if needed. Car is not needed, grocery stores, bakery etc all within close walking distance, including a store open on Sundays. Car can be parked on the street, very safe area and spots were easy to find. We loved it (family plus teens)!

Nice home very roomy and felt at home

This VRBO is located across from the sea/beach. restaurants, and shops. It was easy to navigate the area from there including activities for young children. Parking was not an issue for us. It gets a little noisy in the evening due to the location but quiets down quickly so sleeping with the windows opens and sea air lulls you to sleep.

Spent a few weeks at this home while in Kalamata. The location is fantastic with nice beaches in short walking distance. Plenty of restaurants near by as well as grocery stores as well. Parking is a bit of challenge in the evening if you try after 7pm, but not impossible. The street noise wasn’t loud and didn’t effect anyone in our party. We all were extremely happy with our stay, and hope to stay again next summer!
