Home was lovely, clean and comfortable and had most of what we needed. Location was great.
They offer a crib but do not provide any extra bedding for it.

The place was clean and lots of space in the appartment. Very close to the outdoor pool. Communication with the cost was very easy and quick.

This is a really nice apartment with everything you could need: full kitchen, lots of seating, huge TVs, nice back porch overlooking the lake. It's also huge, and comfortable. Lots of parking. Feels like a safe area, and convenient to restaurants and stores. Great location for Epic Universe. (It's about a 1.2 mile walk or a $10ish rideshare.) The instructions to get in were clear and the response time via WhatsApp was really fast and friendly. The pool area was nice too. The hot tub was great. We would absolutely stay here again.
These are very minor complaints, but the main bedroom bed was pretty hard. But we still slept fine. And if you're in the living area, the hallway echoes LOUDLY. Some kids were running in the halls in the morning, and trying to actually work at the desk was difficult!
