Vriendelijkheid van eigenaar, de ligging en een zeer schoon appartement.
2-persoonsbed voor meer dan gemiddeld lange mensen te smal en te kort. Een vaste airco ontbrak in de slaapkamer. Parkeren bij het appartement is lastig.
