Incredible people who are very welcoming and provide lots of tips for our trip.
We had some great conversations! I highly recommend them :) !

Very friendly owner with excellent English who gave valuable hints for sightseeing and food,
Spacious room and bed
Calm and green patio
Very central location within Surakarta for reaching all important sights in walking distance
No moscito net in the room or at the windows although lots of them around, therefore had to sleep with windows closed which led to stuffy air in the room, bathroom had some strong smell of cleanser or other chemicals which was hard to bear

Rifat and his staff at this budget homestay are very friendly and helpful.
The common area in the courtyard was perfect for meeting other guests and chatting to the staff who all went out of their way to spend time with me. Free iced tea each time I returned to the guesthouse was very welcome.
Rifat's very reasonably priced motorbike tour of the city attractions was superb.
Cold water showers and no handbasin in the ensuite bathroom. However both were acceptable at this pricepoint.

Wonderful staff who were helpful in the extreme, really made the stop in this town worthwhile. Spoke good English and couldn’t do enough to help.
It’s very relaxed and easy-going ground floor unit courtyard and sitting areas air-conditioner get more than you paid for at this price
