Beautiful garden and well equipped common area. Very kind staff. They provide a map with places to eat and see in the area. Fun surfspots nearby for all levels.
There were a bunch of perculators for making coffee, but the coffee supplied by the homestay was too fine. So it just clogged the perculators rendering them useless. To be honest it was also disgusting coffee, really sour, better bring your own 😀

I liked the location - the proximity to the beach and natural surrounds. There are horses in paddocks opposite. Tina was fantastic providing an extensive list of places to eat and visit. Our room was also nicely made up when we arrived.
We borrowed a scooter and then a lady swapped it without asking us, and we had filled it up with fuel. The second bike did not work so we had to try a third bike. Also there was one day our bedroom was not serviced.

The location in Pacitan was excellent, comfortable room
It would have been nice to have a space for stretching/doing simple exercises but our room didn’t have its own patio.
