Agastya Villa by VEO - Part of StayVista

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The villa, designed by architects, is gorgeous—you can really appreciate the thought put into every detail. We had full access to the house, including the kitchen, living area, washer dryer and the upstairs terrace, which made a huge difference in our stay. Being able to use these facilities at no extra charge was a big plus, as it allowed us to cook all our meals comfortably. There was no one else staying at the property so it was great being able to use it all. The highlight of our stay, however, was the incredible caretaker. He went above and beyond, personally taking us by bike to our climbing routes with Ravi, helping us get to an ATM, and always being available whenever we needed assistance. He even arranged and negotiated our taxi to Goa, which was such a huge help. Additionally, the daily housekeeping was exceptional. A lovely woman cleaned the villa each day and even folded our clothes after we used the washing machine—something we truly appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The combination of a stunning villa, great amenities, and outstanding hospitality made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable place to stay in Badami. I have been a frequent visitor to Badami and have tried many hotels. But this place is really awesome to stay. Caretaker Mr.Rajput is down to earth and takes good care of the visitors. Room, bed, pillows and spreads were very tidy-fresh and bathroom was damn clean. Felt at home. The kitchen and the hall were very modern. Will be my only place to stay at Badami henceforth!!

The room was comfortable. The caretaker Rajput was very helpful and brought us delicious local food in huge quantities whenever we asked.

The booking was misleading. We were very disappointed to learn that the one room “villa” is in fact just one small room in the house. This means you do have have access to the living room, kitchen or roof terrace as the booking states. It is therefore extremely over priced. I felt quite harassed by StayVista bookings who own the accommodation. I was called and messaged numerous times to make the payment before I arrived, despite my assurances that a payment transfer had been paid and was just taking time to process.
