Great food!

Rooms smelt of dustmites

Excellent breakfast..

Everything was fine..good services..only the mosquitoes..

I loved how big and spacious our room was. Staff were very friendly and helpful... It is perfect for a little getaway... The breakfast is a buffet breakfast and one of the best I've experienced on our local trips thus far, skso many options... Definitely looking forward to visiting again...

Nothing not to like

The staff (apart from the manager / owner) were very friendly and helpful.

We booked a Deluxe Queen Room, however we were obliged to move three times before we were provided with a room which resembled the illustrations on Booking.Com. We were finally provided with one of the fairly recently constructed 'Pool Area' rooms, which was better appointed than the other two rooms we had been offered. The downside is that there was no WiFi available inside the room. This had to be accessed from the small patio area, which a had blank wall as a view. The food was a la carte on our first evening, which was well priced and very good. However, the management decided on the false pretext that they were fully booked (we knew this not to be the case, as there were several empty tables close to where we were sitting) that they would only provided a buffet service for our remaining three nights, which was not so good, with a choice of only one dessert course. When I expressed my concerns and disappointment on the final evening of our stay over the lack of an al carte option, the manager / owner became very rude and aggressive. Advising me that if I did not like it I could go elsewhere. Acceptable dining options in the evening in Otjiwarongo are not that extensive, especially if you are not familiar with the town. The attitude of the manager / owner, left a rather bitter taste to the conclusion of our stay.
