A dirty whole for a price of a good hotel

It was a mess. They welcomed me with a used piece of soap that had some hair (not head hair) included. Half of the bulbs were not working. You end up with a flood after a short shower which doesn't go away for hours and blocks the bathroom unless you put some rubber boots on. The smell wasn't nice, especially in the bathroom. A few fixes here and there were done with a piece of adhesive tape. All this luxury costed me $150 per night. My friends got a much-much better apartment for the same price just 300m down the same street (and with a nice parking place inside the building). Also, they don't communicate through Booking, but you need to call them on the local number to receive an SMS with instructions how to get in. A girl with a polish number was kind to share her phone so that I could make a call. Poor her, she didn't know that they will call her at midnight!! because my card hadn't enough funds to cover the rest 50% of the price of the stay (which I covered immediately by the way). One of the worst hotel experiences in my life, especially taking the price into consideration. This business must die because the host doesn't seem to have an intention to serve the customers well but only to collect money from a nice location.

Bardzo pomocny gospodarz. Mieliśmy kłopot z naszej strony i otrzymaliśmy pomoc. Super lokalizacja. Mieszkanie było czyste i schludne. Lodówka, naczynia, garnki na duży plus. Cicho, spokojnie, ciepło. Wygodne łóżko.

1. Szafie przydałaby się naprawa. 2. Internet i telewizor nie były podłączone (wszystkie kable, router itp. zwinięte w jeden kłębek i wrzucone do skrzyneczki) 3. Największy minus w mieszkaniu czuć papierosami. Do tego stopnia, że nasze ubrania przesiąkły tym zapachem (jesteśmy niepalący). Dla nas to było bardzo duże utrudnienie i niewygoda. Najpierw myśleliśmy, że może ktoś przed nami tam palił. Ale zapach nie ustępował. Wydaje nam się, że zapach dochodzi po prostu z innego mieszkania przez kratkę wentylacyjną. Szkoda...

Lokalizacja jest niewątpiwie największą zaletą mieszkania,pomimo ścisłego centrum miasta-bardzo cicho. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Wynajmującą,która w ramach rekompensaty za brak szafy udostępniła możliwość parkowania na osiedlowym parkingu.

Mieszkanie w trakcie remontu, urządzone budżetowo. Czuć było jeszcze zapach materiałów budowlanych. Mieszkanie ma potencjał ale wymaga jeszcze wielu poprawek: prysznic,blendy pod szafkami w kuchni,szafa, lampki koło łóżka,zasłony (bardzo niechlujnie powieszone), zamaskowanie bardzo dużej ilości kabli od tv, wyposażenie kuchni, dodatki ocieplające wnętrze.
