Location is good, and many stores around the hotel. Staff are helpful and nice. The bedroom is clean.
Noise cancellation can be better but it’s acceptable range. A the price is bit higher but I understood my stay was in weekend so the price would be higher.

Cheap. Close to bus stop and MRT station. Free movie channel access (inc adult content)
Worst part was that I found a used syringe someone discarded under the bathroom sink/cabinet which I left alone - it's probably still there as looking at the state of that area, all aspects of the room aren't that thoroughly cleaned. Room is also very noisy - can hear everything (people walking in hallway, water flowing through pipes, noisy bathroom fan).
