Fun family trip to Austria. Lovely scenery. Accommodation great location in centre of town with parking! Annans cafe lovely location for a treat and worth the hike.

Good location in the center with parking spaces inside. Although it was a bit small, it was value for the low price.

Small living room and kitchen. Good beds and modern bathroom, but in sum it was small for 4 persons

Superb

The appartment was nice and spacy, kitchen could have more equipments (soup server, better pan), but it was enough. The place i super central with covered garage, walkable distance to the skilift. Grocery store is right next to it, Alpentherme also 3 mins walk - great location. The owner is super nice, very welcoming and easy to contact or help with anything.

Exceptional

Great apartment, absolutely comfortable for 5 persons. We were happy we could welcome our friends in the evening at a huge table and sofas in living room. Kitchen fully equipped, folding cloth dryer was very useful. Only small bathroom with toilet could be a problem for more guests. Super location near spa, shops, pubs, restaurants.

We had a very pleasant family vacation. It was the fourth time we visit Bad Hofgastein, and we always chose Kaiser Franz apartment for accommodation. We really liked the mountains view from our apartment, and the location is great, near shops, restaurants and the bus station in front of the building. The apartment was very clean, it has everything that you need, and the owner and the staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. Thank you very much and see you next year!

Great location of the hotel right in the center a few minutes from the spa with beautiful mountain views (apartment 8 on the top floor).

Superb

Easy-going people, great location. Enough space for a big family, a lot of air and light. One free parking place at the backyard, large free city parking in 10 minutes walk. Rather comfortable to live with small kids, place for stroller downstairs.

Virkelig en dårlig lejlighed!

Lejligheden ligger midt i gågaden. Det var centralt, men der kunne også være larm om natten.

Stort set alt. Det var en lejlighed til 8 personer. Udfordringen var, at køkkenet måske var til 4 personer. Der var ikke 8 krus, ingen grydeskeer, kun lige 8 store tallerkener. Og intet af servicen passede sammen. 3 ens glas, og resten af de 4 glas var forskellige. Stolene var faldefærdig.

Obzirom da top lokaciju prilično razočaravajuće

Lokacija je izvrsna.

Zatekli smo prljav apartman pa je vlasnik osobno čistio do 21.00 navečer. Generalno slabo održavano, istrošeno, prljavo. Kuhinja i jedači dio sa stolom je malen za 6-8 ljudi, i nema prozora odnosno ima krovni prozor koji su vijcima blokirali da se ne može otvorit tako da se kuhinja ne može provjetriti! Slično je i sa trećom spavaćom sobom na koju je naslonjen lift bez adekvatne zvučne izolacije i u kojoj su madraci loši..Loš koncept apartmana, dvije velike sobe sa bračnim krevetima sa pogledom na glavni trg a bez dnevnog boravka, bez fotelja za zajednički boravak...Generalno osim top lokacije sve je bilo osrednje.

Odlicna lokacija u centru grada. Parking je veliki plus. Ducani blizu.

Dalao bi je uloziti u apartman ali je nama bilo vrhunski.

Für Anspruchslose ok, aber wir kommen nicht mehr wieder.

Wir hatten das große Appartment für 8-10 Personen. Platz war genug vorhanden. Lage mitten im Zentrum sehr gut.

Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Man muss schon Tetris spielen. Die Küchenmöbel und Whz sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kühlschrank und das Bad hat sehr modrig gerochen. Die Elektroheizung ist nicht regelbar, entweder bullenheiß oder eiskalt und sie gibt Ausdünstungen mit Fischgeruch ab.

Ausgezeichnete Lage im Zentrum, Geschäfte und viele Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe, Konzerte vor dem Hotel, Bushaltestelle bei der Unterkunft. Sehr gute Aufteilung unseres Appartements, Ausstattung sehr gut.

الموقع ممتاز، وجود شطاف، والمصعد، ووجود كراج، صاحب الفندق متعاون حيث اعطاني ما اريد وخدمني في موضوع الغساله فقد استبدل الشقه بشقه اخرى واعطاني شقه بجوارها ودفعت له الفارق في السعر ، ربما كان الخطأ مني في اختيار الشقه، حيث أني لم أفهم محتوى الشقه جيدا اثناء الحجز ... The place was excellent — it had a bidet, an elevator, and parking. The host was very helpful; he gave me what I needed and assisted me with the washing machine issue by switching my apartment to another one next to it. I paid the difference in price. Perhaps the mistake was mine when booking, as I didn’t fully understand the apartment’s details at the time.

ليست الشقق جميعها بها اطلالات، العوائل الخليجيه لا تصلح لها بعض الشقق لضيقها، ربما تصلح للأروبيين لكون عوائلهم صغيره... من أراد غساله فليطلب من صاحب الفندق وليتأكد من توفرها قبل الحجز Not all the apartments have views. Haus Kaiser Franz liegt in der Ortsmitte; Infrastruktur (Restaurants, Läden) in Nachbarschaft 10 Min zum Bus Schlossalm App ist rel groß und hell Appartments sind vielleicht für Skitouristen geeignet, die nur zum Schlafen kommen und auswärts essen....

Haus (Treppenhaus, Lift, Eingang EG, Müllraum) ungepflegt; Esstische sind IN den beiden Schlafzimmern; Eingangsbereich im EG ohne Licht West-Balkon groß aber mangels Gestaltung kaum nutzbar; Küche rel dunkel (Oberlichte) Bad: Duschwasser läuft nicht gut ab, kein Föhn Wohnung wird wahrscheinlich als Personalunterkunft für Gastromitarbeiter genutzt (Namen an Schlüsselboxen) Müllraum: extremst verschmutzt und überquellend; Maden quollen aus Biomüll (Leerung in 2. Woche des Aufenthalts)
