Balcony and ocean view!
The stairs! straight up vertical and there's no-one there to help so literally impossible. It's self check in. I left my suitcase and everything else at bottom of the stairs in a space about as wide as my case (20CM). No foyer just straight up after the door. About 2 km from the ferry (so you need a taxi) and a 1 km walk into town.
