Spa Hotel Planinata

Хотела е добър, чист, на хубаво място, добра закуска. Ресторантът вечер е с добро меню и вежлив персонал.

Обядът в ресторанта е под всякаква критика. Менюто е без супи без никакви готвени ястия и много бедно . Сервитьорката е с домашно облекло ,поръчахме десерт тя ни донесе сметката в която беше включен десерта и почна да обяснява ,че този десерт го няма ако искаме някой друг.Не следи клиентите дали искат да поръчат още нещо или да платят, играе си на телефона, не съм сигурен ,че е сервитьорка.

Breakfast was amazing, traditional Bulgarian. it was tasty and fresh made, coffee machine was on point. We had studio flat and it was very spacious.

The spa facilities were a bit outdated, and the swimming pool had too much chlorine

The location is very good and convenient for exploring the area. It is easy to take walks or drive to nearby attractions, scenic spots, and other interesting places. The view of the mountains were beautiful, and the hotel’s gardens were well maintained and pleasant to relax in.

The breakfast was disappointing. There were a lot of flies around the food, the coffee table was dirty, and no one seemed to care about cleaning it or changing the tablecloths. Overall, the property was acceptable for the price we paid, but it could definitely use some upgrades. The pool was fine, and the staff were friendly. However, they were often difficult to find, and we had to look for them in different areas of the property when we needed assistance. Overall, our stay was average. While the hotel offers reasonable value for the price, the cleanliness and service need improvement. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends.
