Really lovely place to stay and it was so quiet at the time of year we went (end of Sept). The staff at the panorama (sister hotel) are super helpful with any request. The room was lovely and clean. Great sized pool.
Could do with a bit of fixing up (e.g. cracked tiles, slow drains) but we went at the end of the season so I wonder if that was why.

Location, and very central to everything. Buses and ferries close by. Hotel room fairly spacious.
No fresh linen and towels provided, while we stayed. We had to wash the linen and towels provided ourselves.

Staff at the front desk were difficult. We asked for shuttle bus and bus services to the airport as they were cheaper then by organised taxi. The staff advised these services didn’t run and we’d have to book via them a personal taxi. We later found out these services were available, at a much cheaper cost.
