About this house rental
Enjoy a vacation in our home away from home in a quiet setting just north of town. Plenty of windows provide natural light and views of Lake City's Round Top Mountain. This cabin is spacious, well furnished, and comes with everything you need for a relaxing stay (towels, linens, stocked kitchen, etc). Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny porch and watch local wildlife. Plenty of parking and trailer parking as needed. Fireplace is not available for guest use.

We were two couple staying and found this property a great fit. Both of us had our own private set up with one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs, each a full bath. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed with exception of a baking sheet but we made due. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a fairly quick back road to get into town with your buggy. The parking was adequate for our trucks and trailers. The deck was really relaxing and we would definitely rent this home again

We have stayed in this cabin twice. It is in a great location and is always very clean. We will definitely be back.

This was our 7th year in lake city for utv riding and this cabin was by far the best one we’ve stayed at. We had plenty of room to move around and the king size bed was comfortable. You could ride your utv right from the house. It also had plenty of parking. This ia perfect place for two couples. We would definitely come back!!

This property was very comfortable and a great location. Its close enough to town without being around all the loud OHV's. Also has a trailhead about a 1/4 mile away from it to Crystal lakes/Thompson lake. And close to Sweety's zoo. Lake city has a couple great little restaurants, grocery stores, brewery, and ice cream shop. Then ofcourse there is tons of hiking up Cinnamon pass rd and engineer pass rd. We even drove down to Creede on a bad weather day to enjoy the town and indoor mine tour.
