The entire cabin was super clean! The beds were comfy too. Aimee was a great host. Easy check in and out. We loved this little cabin on Lake City! We will definitely be back.

This was an amazing house to stay in. The location was perfect. Just a couple minutes outside of town.It was very clean, and she gave you a great amount of supplies for your stay.This is the perfect house for a couple or a small family. Very roomie at the downstairs master was a bonus!We feel this was the perfect time to stay, we did not have to use the heaters at all. It was very nice and refreshing.This is also a great location if you have UTV. You can ride the backstreet in the neighborhood to get to the town and very easy to get on the trails. It was nice to unload the side-by-side and not have to worry, about trailering and having to park somewhere.Great restaurants in town as well. Our favorite was Packers, the atmosphere in the service and not to mention the fabulous food. Wish we were staying longer so we could’ve ate there more.Also went to café 98 and one of the most delicious chocolate croissants I’ve had in a very long time.We also ate at Benny’s Mexican restaurant for lunch and it was really goodThe grocery store in town or I should say closer to the neighborhood at the end of Lake City had everything we needed and the prices were so reasonable. Very friendly staff as well.We will be planning our trip back to Lake City for next year, will probably look into renting this house for a month! That’s how much we loved itAlso, if you’re in town on a Wednesday, they have the cutest farmers market. You must stop at the goat soap table! Amazing products!!

We were two couple staying and found this property a great fit. Both of us had our own private set up with one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs, each a full bath. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed with exception of a baking sheet but we made due. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a fairly quick back road to get into town with your buggy. The parking was adequate for our trucks and trailers. The deck was really relaxing and we would definitely rent this home again

This property was very comfortable and a great location. Its close enough to town without being around all the loud OHV's. Also has a trailhead about a 1/4 mile away from it to Crystal lakes/Thompson lake. And close to Sweety's zoo. Lake city has a couple great little restaurants, grocery stores, brewery, and ice cream shop. Then ofcourse there is tons of hiking up Cinnamon pass rd and engineer pass rd. We even drove down to Creede on a bad weather day to enjoy the town and indoor mine tour.
