1,800 Sq.Ft pool that can easily compete with any Luxurious Resort hotel. The pool contains three tanning areas to lie down in the sun, or to enjoy with your little kids. Four waterfalls with four fire pit bowls for special evenings and nights. Very large spa for ten with two outdoor televisions to relax and watch your favorite shows and sports. Sunk in fire pit with a fabulous Glass to see through from the sunk in fire pit to the pool! Five stools to sit down and have your favorite dish or drinks at the bar area, all surrounded by the most exquisite pool tile.
The open floorplan gives way to the patio by a monumental pocket door of 25 feet which pockets entirely to freely connect your open floorplan with the outdoors.
Seven Sony 4k televisions in the house, including two 75 inch.
Five master bedrooms with onsite bathrooms with the best finishes to feel in complete luxury. Largest Master Bedroom contains a double shower. All hansgrower appliances on each bathroom.
The kitchen contains everything you need for great meals. All Miele appliances including a state of the art fridge that could be in any Michelin Star restaurant.

If guest desires pool heat:
For short-term stays, pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee of $150 per day. Guests who would like to heat only the spa may do so for $50 per day.
For long-term stays, if pool heating is requested, a $2,000 pool gas deposit will be required prior to arrival. Within 7 days of departure, the gas bill will be provided, and 80% of the total gas cost will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the guest. Please note that the required deposit amount is subject to change based on current gas prices at the time of the stay, not at the time of booking.

This was the perfect property for our 2 families of 4 to stay. The proximity of this house to downtown Palm Springs was perfect. We walked to Starbucks for our morning coffee easily each morning. The house was beautiful and kept very clean. The pool was the highlight though! We also accidentally locked ourselves out of the house, and were able to communicate with the property management team and we’re back inside the house in less than 20 minutes. This house will be at the top of our list of places to stay when we return to Palm Springs.

Perfect place for our family to gather for a week. We had 3 children and their spouses as well as a 2 month old and 2 year old grandchild. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The living area, kitchen and pool area were great spaces for a large group. The pool area was spectacular. It was a warm week and spent most of our time in and around the pool. We also utilized the close location to downtown Palm Springs for dinners and shopping. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or requests. Excellent!

Fantastic resort-style home with beautiful stylish decor and amazing swimming pool and spa. In a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to town. Hosts were very communicative. Would definitely recommend this property.

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children stayed here for a week. The pool is the star of the show - wow; beautiful set up, lights, waterfalls, day beds, the works. Our family enjoyed many hours here. The only negative here is the music outside restrictions and the draconian laws surrounding outside music. On to the inside of the house. Overall the inside of the property was beautiful, however sterile and lacked furniture (like end tables both indoors and by the pool). Each room only has a bed - nowhere to sit and the main room features only a couch and barstools - no end tables or other seating arrangements. The biggest issue we had was on our second day the toilets all backed up through the shower pushing raw sewage in to the shower in the front bedroom. This was disgusting and the property manager placed the blame on us. They were quick to send out roto-rooter however the overall experience was disgusting and no apology from management. This property is probably best set up for a long weekend rather than a full week family vacation. Overall we enjoyed our stay
