The 4 Seas Cottage at 49 Cottage Row is a lovely, four bedroom 2100 sq ft., beach cottage. It is located in the private gated community of Beach Retreat in beautiful Miramar Beach on Scenic Gulf Drive. Just steps to the crystal sands of the Gulf, it is ideally located for restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
Built in 2000, we have professionally decorated this house with our enjoyment and yours in mind. The furniture, appliances and the flat paneled TVs in the living room and bedrooms are all new.
Your options are endless. Spend your days on the infamous sugar sand beaches just 3/4 block away. We'll provide beach service ( two beach chairs and an umbrella ) during your stay ( March 1 through October )
4 Seas Cottage: On the first floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms: king-size second master with bath, a queen with shared bath, and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds plus a trundle, as well as a laundry with High Efficiency size washer/dryer and ironing board/iron are available.
On the second floor (main level) is the main master bedroom, a king-size room with bath that features a jetted tub and separate shower. The living room, a half bath and kitchen/dining room complete the second floor.
The living area is open and spacious, easily accommodating your family and friends. There is a 65 inch TV with DVD player and high speed wireless Internet throughout the cottage.
Your options are endless. Spend your days on the infamous sugar sand beaches just 50 yards away. We'll provide beach service (two beach chairs and an umbrella) during your stay (March 1 through October), you can take a dip in the 3,000 square foot, heated (Community pool is heated for Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and for Spring Break) pool with a hot tub attached, or workout in the private fitness center.
Things to Do in Destin!: What to do besides enjoy our wonderful beach...
Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. Sidewalks line scenic 98 for walking, running or bike riding. We are a short 2 mile drive to the Silver Sands mall to the West, or luxury shopping at Destin Commons to the East. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's are all within walking distance to Cayenne Cottage. We encourage you to leave menus of your favorite restaurants when you come.
For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater.
More to see and do!: The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a vacation in it’s own right for shoppers you will have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment choose from Panera Bread, Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill.

This cottage is in a great location with a short walk to the beach, which saves a ton of time searching for parking spots. The community pool is nice and surprisingly large with plenty of shaded seating. The beach chair service is a nice addition to the stay as well, for times when your group wants to split up, some going to the beach, some to the pool, etc. The cottage was clean and spacious for my 7 family members. Kitchen had all the utensils needed to enjoy family meals. The owner/mgmt was very attentive and communicative when asked about laundry detergent and brought it over right away! Check-in instructions were straightforward with all access codes given days ahead. My only suggestion, is to include more towels specifically washcloths. Other than that, this was the perfect cottage, perfect location, perfect stay!
