Our 3 bedroom, 1 bath home has a full kitchen (micro., dw., range full sized fridge), and laundry area with a washer/dryer. There is a large fenced yard, with a large front patio, with views of the Bridger Range to the north. No waste dumping, please take care of your garbage before you arrive. This neighborhood is the quintessential college town neighborhood, and is very close to everything. MSU is less than 10 blocks to the west, and the Museum is a short walk down the Gallagator-Linear Trail to the south. Peet's Hill/Burke Park is about 1/2 mile walk, Christie Fields is a few blocks away. Downtown is about 1 mile, and accessed through multiple spots, branching off of the Linear Trail. Take the trail directly to Lindley Park and the Bozeman Public Library as well!

Property is a quick drive to main street, but a bit of a walk. This is definitely in the middle of an all-rental area, I'm assuming college students mostly. Lots of cars on the street, but this does have its own dedicated parking spot on property, which is nice. The place is clean, good Wi-Fi, nice front patio area. There are big trees/bushes not shown in the property pics, so it made it a bit hard to recognize, especially arriving after dark. BYO soap and pillow are my only suggestions ha! We had a good stay. Bozeman is amazing!

Great location. Close to downtown in a residential neighborhood. Good beds. Good water pressure. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was quick to respond!

No air conditioning! I’ll do pros and cons, but wanted to get that out of the way first.Pros: -Aside from the issues, the property is nice. Front yard is pretty, decor is fun. Furniture is interesting.-Bed was comfortable for me, mixed bag for the others.-My daughter loved the toys and puzzles. Cons:-The listing didn’t mention AC one way or the other, so it’s my fault that I didn’t notice it wasn’t listed under the amenities. I lived in Bozeman for 3 years with no AC, so I know exactly how brutal it can be even with “cool mountain air” (their words from the welcome email), and I didn't consider someone might charge so much without it. We lucked out that the dates we picked months in advance weren’t outrageously hot, but even then, we had to put quite a bit of work in moving around fans and putting my daughter to bed late so we could cool the place down enough to sleep. It was also hard on my heavily disabled dad. The check in email sent several days before stated the house had a portable AC unit that could be utilized. This was not true. We would have tried to change the reservation at that point if we had received the correct information. -Staff was zero help, just said sorry for the inconvenience and stopped replying to messages.-Miserable kitchen. The oven got too hot and everything came out both burned and raw. No sheet pans to cook on. My husband burned his finger THROUGH the hot pad and got a blister. No plastic cups/plates despite having a room for children.
