My Son was getting married and lives within walking distance; it was a no-brainer to be so near with all the wedding chaos. We were familiar with the property as we frequently walked our dogs on the nearby trails.What we were pleasantly surprised were the level of details (thoughtful touches). Things like an iron (wedding cloths), extra power strips, night lights, blender, etc. Parking in a 2 car garage (attached), brooms, mops, you name it cleaning supplies - yes we clean during our stay.We travel with 2 senior dogs (we bring own bedding) - Mountain Homes was cool with them staying. They were also super responsive to a few questions we had - like were we in the correct unit? (Description was a "single bay" garage vs "2-car". JIC we asked upon arrival. This might be a regional language issue.)Beds were super comfy and furniture was high quality, rugged to stand up to use. I've been in places that had cheap stuff that needed to be sat upon very gently - not this place, also makes more homie.Wedding was over memorial day, but if winter - make a left at the traffic light and your on the road to Bridger Bowl - needless to say, very close.Downtown Bozeman is 2.5-3 miles (12-15 min), close to I90 (15min to BZN), closer to Costco, Walmart, or even Bozeman Co-Op for groceries & supplies or hit the downtown for lunch/dinner.There are a lot of nice places in the Bozeman area, but you won't go wrong here.

nice location near downtown and campus. Worked wonderfully for visiting my son who is a student at MSU. Close to bridgers.

Very accommodating with early check in even with one hour. We wandered around Bozeman for hours.5pm check in unreasonable.10am checkout car was waiting for us to vacate and pulled in garage as we left?Very invasive.We are excellent tenants at VRBO's. You would NEVER know we were even there except for use of linens and showers.
